Little Free Libraries

Newport Rotary's 2021-2022 Major Project is installing over a dozen (and still counting) Little Free Librarys (LFL's) in the Greater Newport community. Spearheaded by Newport Rotary Past President Anita Moreau, the club put in three LFL's in 2021 and then secured a Rotary Foundation grant for 11 more in 2022. We share Little Free Librarys' vision of a LFL in every community and a book for every reader. We believe all people are empowered when the opportunity to discover a personally relevant book to read is not limited by time, space, or privilege.
