Newport Rotary's sponsored competitor, Anna Shortway, was recognized as a winner of the District 7730 Four Way Test Essay Contest. District Governor Nancy Carr announced the winners of the competition in her weekly email to clubs on May 8, 2023. Anna was awarded a $300 cash prize for her second place finish. Anna is the daughter of Past President Matt Shortway of Newport Rotary and spouse, Lindsay.
