That Chicken Casserole Receipe



Grandma Zahn’s Chicken Casserole
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
6 oz.
Evaporated Milk
1 Tsp.
Salt
1 Cup
Velveeta Cheese (cut into cubes)
2 Cups
Chicken or Turkey (cut up)
1 Cup
Cooked Celery (choppped)
¼ Cup
Pimento
1 Cup
Fresh or Canned (cut up) Mushrooms
3 ½ Cups Cooked Noodles
Heat together soup, milk, and salt. Add cheese, stir until melted.
Add remaining ingredients and pour over cooked noodles.
Bake 20 minutes in 400◦ oven.
Serves 8 to 10
(Note: I microwaved fresh chopped celery and fresh sliced mushrooms
about 5 min. on high before adding to mixture.)
