Grandma Zahn’s Chicken Casserole
6 oz. Evaporated Milk
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Velveeta Cheese (cut into cubes)
2 Cups Chicken or
1 Cup Cooked Celery (choppped)
¼ Cup Pimento
1 Cup Fresh or Canned (cut up) Mushrooms
3 ½ Cups Cooked Noodles
Add remaining ingredients and pour over cooked noodles.
Bake 20 minutes in 400◦ oven.
Serves 8 to 10
about 5 min. on high before adding to mixture.)
